Fat Blasting Boot Camp has helped me become more fit in less time.  In fact, this is the longest I have stuck to a scheduled program.  I especially enjoy the social support and encouragement.  Knowing we are all in this together helps me do better than I would on my own.  In fact I have gotten stronger, toned up, and improved my eating habits. I am in the best shape of my life and have lost 10lbs.  I could not be happier with my progress

My name is Colleen, ever since I stopped swimming after high school I have been battling weight issues and I have tried a couple different diets and I had lost weight but gained the weight back plus more. Before I got married 3 years ago I worked with 2 different trainers and I lost the weight but I did not see the results I wanted with toning up. They were helpful but I always felt something was missing, like they were not fully committed. After my wedding I gained about 30 lbs in 3 years and tried many times to during that 3 years to start working out again and get healthier.

Once I finally realize I needed to do something because I hit an all time high I started working with Jeremy and it has only been 8 weeks and it is amazing the difference I see, I have lost 13 pounds, I can already see muscle tone and I feel great about myself. From the first day I started with Jeremy he really truly cares and if you have any questions you can ask him at anytime, he is very committed to you. In addition to being a great trainer he is a very knowledgeable nutritional specialist. I have learned about what I should be eating and what I should not be eating and how important protein and fiber are. I know I can make life time changes because of what I learned.

I do small group training 2 days a week for 30 minutes and one 15 minute session per week. I love group training because it is hard work and it is fun at the same time. When I first heard about his 15 minutes sessions I was thinking there was no way you can do a workout in that short of time. After my first session I could not believe how intense and what a great work out it was, I definitely believe in is 15 minute sessions now. I have learned that the shorter work outs are more effective than the longer ones that are not as intense. I realize now how much time I use to waste in the gym like doing 30 minutes on the elliptical when doing 10 minute intervals are much more effective. I look forward to the future and how my body will change as I continue to train with Jeremy.

My name is Dan. Before I started training with Jeremy I had about a 10 year slide in health. I put on a lot of unwanted fat from poor nutrition and lack of exercise. I had several injuries such as back, shoulder and wrist which challenged other attempts of getting back in shape. I tried many times on my own but failed miserably and resulted in either quitting with limited results or from further injury. I really wanted to get back in shape but felt hopeless.

I’ve been working out with Jeremy for three months now. From the beginning I’ve learned a tremendous amount on how to eat and how to work out and why things work and other things don’t. This is info that I can take with me for life. From the first week I felt a boost in energy, confidence and reduced stress greatly. Workouts are short, intense, and challenging. I started doing an half hour twice a week and now three times a week. It’s not just hitting the machines. We work with kettle bells, weighted vests, and body resistance to maximize results and keep things fresh. I find workouts challenging both physically and mentally.

Most importantly are the results. In three months I’ve decreased body fat from 35% to 24.8%. In real terms it shows as 4 inches off of my waist. It also equates as about 20 pounds of fat removed from my body and replaced by 15 pounds of lean muscle tissue. By appearance I look a lot leaner. People think I lost a massive amount of weight. Starting out I was only able to bench press 140lbs twice. Now I am able to bench 200lbs seven times. My cardio health is improved and energy levels are up. I feel I improved my quality and longevity of life. I look forward to continuing to work with Jeremy. More results will follow.

I came to Jeremy after hitting a weight I never thought I would. I was working out but for over an hour a day on the elliptical but I was still slowly gaining weight over time. I have been working with Jeremy for almost 3 months. I have lost approx 12 pounds but I noticed such a change in the way my body looks-especially the abdomen. I used to really lack energy and I feel stronger than I have in a long time. Overall, I feel better about myself and it shows in how I act around others. I could have never done this on my own. It is amazing how much you accomplish when there is someone there pushing and encouraging you.  I look forward to the future changes and improvements I will see.

The first workout went really well. I actually felt really good the entire day, like I had accomplished something.I know I am out of shape but glad thatI wasnt as sore as I thought I was going to be. But I could definately feel the workout throughout the next day. Not a hurt but a good hurt. I am looking forward to our next workout especially the fun and exciting atmosphere provided.

I am an older (72) woman striving to keep fit, able-bodied, independent and self-sufficient as I grow older.  Jeremy is helping me to gain balance and strength physically through his knowledge of fitness and nutrition; and emotionally through the sense of well being I get as my physical strength and stability grow. I have lost weight, but more importantly, I can see subtle changes in my overall appearance and yes, those favorite jeans now fit. Sometimes I may not feel like going to work out, but once I am there I thoroughly enjoy it and I sometimes have to keep myself from working out for too long a period.  The benefits mentally are at least equal to the physical benefits.

The following are just a few of the many positive changes I can see in myself since Jeremy has been helping me:

I am stronger and have more energy.  My posture has improved, I am steadier on my feet and can get up from a seated position with more ease.  Getting in and out of my low car seat is less of a strain.  Aches and pains are easing up and I am taking less medication.  My blood pressure has gone down.  I am gaining strength and stability at a much faster rate than I ever thought possible and I have the desire to maintain and exceed the above.

Jeremy keeps me motivated but never intimidates. Jeremy keeps me moving in the right direction and corrects any bad habits I may let slip into any of the exercises so that I get the most out of each session.  This keeps me using the right muscles in the right way without injuring myself.  Thy gym has a relaxed comfortable atmosphere and everyone is there for the same purpose, no matter what their age or condition.  We all smile at each other through our sweaty faces.  Guy or gal sweat makes no difference.

“I’ve been doing Jeremy’s Fat Blasting Boot Camp for a month now. I used to be in alright shape, working out by myself, going running, and fencing. However, I found that although I’d run longer or try lifting more, it did not really seem to help me much. I’d also leave the gym or return home from a run absolutely exhausted. Worse still, I’d frequently end up injuring myself by not doing an exercise properly, which would set me back. These exercise sessions did not give me the results that I wanted and became increasingly monotonous. I also was unaware of the things that I should do as far as my diet is concerned.

Being a part of Jeremy’s Fat Blasting Boot Camp was entirely different from my previous “exercise” experiences. Rather than doing long, tedious routines, Jeremy’s camp utilizes a variety of exercises where each session is different. Jeremy also coached all of his participants to use good form when doing these, which prevents injuries. In addition to all of that, his program emphasizes good nutrition, which does not emphasize small portions, but instead focuses on eating the right foods in order to build fat-burning lean muscle. Although I’ve participated in Jeremy’s boot camp for only a month, I already have noticed results; my tummy’s flattened out, I can do more push ups, and I can sprint faster. I have also noticed that it has helped me with my fencing by enabling me to do more explosive actions and giving me more endurance. The positive environment and fellow participants provide encouragement which I did not get trying to do things myself. At the end of the workout I also feel energized instead of worn out.”

“Right away I noticed results.  Instead of concentrating on cardio, which I had always been taught to do, we decided to do strength/weight training in intervals.  With cardio and long sessions on the treadmill, I had a tendency to get bored with my workouts easily and and that’s why I can never stay motivated enough to keep coming back to the gym.  Wigh Jeremy’s weight/strength training, I am never bored and he really keeps me motivated by switching it up and challenging me.  I feel great about myself at the end of each workout.  The best part about his plan is that the workouts are only a half hour long which I was skeptical about at first.  But believe me, a half hour with Jeremy is all you need, especially with his nutrition guidelines.  He works me to my potential each visit and then some.  I leave feeling tired but proud of what I was able to accomplish during that workout.

I have finished my 26 sessions with Jeremy and in just under 2 months, my arms are much more toned, my stomach is flatter and tighter and my legs have shrunk and are becoming defined.  Half way through, I started to see Jeremy three times a week which really made the difference. I no longer have my “thunder thighs” as I liked to refer to them and my “love handles” are a thing of the past. I have lost at least an inch or two around my waist and I feel like I have much more energy and motivation than I did before. Much more importantly, I feel great about myself and my clothes are fitting better than ever.  Signing up with Jeremy now makes me realize how long ago I should have done this before for myself.”

“New Berlin’s bootcamp is awesome. As a working
mom I rarely have time for myself. I ate what I could in a rush and was so tired by the time the kids were in bed I would watch TV and snack. It got to the point where I didn’t have energy to play with my kids. I was sluggish and tired all the time.

Getting up in the morning took some adjusting. But the classes are amazing. They are intense – but short. Jeremy pushes you to your limit and does not take excuses. No matter how tired I am once I walk into class I get energized. Classes are always different so you never get into that “same ‘ol same ‘ol slump”.

Soon I started to see results. My pre-pregnancy clothes actually started to fit. People at work commented and my husband thinks I look great. Best of all I feel good. Strong, energetic and healthy.”

I was hesitant about starting Boot Camp.  I belong to a gym and debated between boot camp and just adding more time at the gym on my own since I was already paying for that.  After trying out boot camp though I liked that this was a time efficient, intense workout and I knew I wouldn’t push myself to do that on my own.  And working out with the other campers made it fun!  When I figured out the cost per session it was so much cheaper than working with a personal trainer one on one that many times but still gives me the benefits of the trainer’s expertise and guidance. Thanks for bringing boot camp to New Berlin – this is just what I needed!!!!

There is no way to put a value on your future health. Your body has to last you quite a long time and investing in that should be a priority. The amount of energy and strength alone is worth 5 times what the cost is. If still unsure, it is amazing how you can take a few things you do a month (go out to eat, out to a bar, fad diets and pills etc.), and see how much they cost. Eliminating a few things a month will equate to the cost. Once you start you will wonder why you waited so long.

I started working out with Jeremy in early December.  Has it been worth it? Let me tell you about my results.

In addition to losing inches of fat and gaining muscle, I have been able to eliminate my back pain.  I stand all day at work and have had lower back pain for years.  Sometimes I have more pain than at other times.  It has gone away.  I do not get as tired, and am able to enjoy what I do.

I have lost 4 inches off of my waist, 4 inches off of my chest, and gained almost one inch on each arm.  My hobby in drag racing and this beats up you body some.  I am looking forward to being in the best shape of my life entering this season.

The thing I like best about my workouts is Jeremy reads people very well.  He is able to push an individual like myself to reach our goals without turning a person off on the value of the workout.  He shows results and that just increases my motivation to continue.  I have been an athlete my whole life, and I have never been stronger than I am today, and have never pushed myself to the levels that I am now reaching.  When I started with Jeremy I thought I was in better shape than I was.  I had been doing cardio workouts of 1 hour or more on a regular basis.  Was I surprised when I had trouble even finishing my first session.  I now do five times as many pushups as when I started even in the second and third sets.  I had belly fat that caused a crease above my abdomen.  I still have some left, but the crease is gone.  My love handles are almost gone.  All of these things are making me push even harder to get the body that I always wanted.

I am 62 years old, and losing weight has gotten harder over the years.  I have tried the pills, diets (350 days a year), Abs machines, treadmills, bicycles, and anything that would guarantee results in 30 days or less.  We have all heard those ads.  I now eat better, more often, am not always hungry, and feel much better about myself.

So I think this is the first time in my life where I went on a business trip and used the fitness center to actually exercise. And not only did I use it, but I busted my butt for 45 min, warming up, lifting weights, doing squats, push ups, planks, working on abs and doing intervals..

Thank you for giving me the tools to do this and for the encouragement to keep going. :) I feel like a million bucks!

1. What motivated you to enter the transformation challenge?

My motivation began when an orthopaedic doctor told me that in order for me to heal from an injury in April I needed physical therapy and any kind of activitiy for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. It got me started thinking about where my health is at, because at 24 years old it should not take an entire 5 months to heal a minor injury. Taking a look at my family’s health histories I quickly realized that I need to get my physical self in shape and on track to a healthier lifestyle before things get worse.

2. What do you like the best about Fat Blasting Boot Camps?

I love the motivation from Jeremy and all the other campers to keep going and push myself.

I get pushed to do better than the last time, and I know that if I was doing it on my own, I wouldn’t be pushing myself to give my 110% that I know I have.

3. Tell me about your background such as job, schooling, family, where you are from?

Well, I have been called a “Jane-of-all-Trades”. I have a liscense in cosmetology and work at a salon part time. I also have been working at a retirement community for the last 10 years as everything from cook, to CNA, to receptionist. I have also just finished working as one of your friendly neighborhood Starbucks baristas. I currently answer the phones at a medical clinic full time. And those jobs were all being worked at the same time.

For fun, I enjoy spending time with the people I love while I enjoying a array of activities from dabbling with the guitar, playing volleyball, my new found joy for playing tennis, going for walks in the park, going to the movies, and scrapbooking the precious moments of life.

I’ve also have a special love for the multiple mission trips I’ve been apart of to Mexico, Guatemala, and South Africa.

4. What makes you most excited about being part of a transformation program?

I’m excited to see the results of hard work and dedication. I’m excited for this lifestyle change. I’m excited to be a healthier me. I’m excited to hit my goals.

5. Anything else you would like others to know on a blog?

I think the biggest thing is to not let anything discourage you and keep pushing. You won’t lose those extra 20lbs in a week, but do not quit!

You will feel the burn, you will be sore, you will get tired, you will be hot and sweaty.

BUT, the end result is a healthier you with more energy and more endurance to do the things in life that actually matter. To spend time with your family and friends, to live a longer life, and maybe even do the things you never thought you’d do like traveling and skydiving or even being able to walk through the park, because this is for every fitness level.

DON’T QUIT! Long term results do not happen over night.



1. What motivated you to enter the transformation challenge?
I entered the transformation challenge to improve my overall fitness and nutrition levels. I have been trying for a long time to get “into shape” and have not seen the consistent results I’ve been looking for. Everytime I see success I fail back into bad habits.

Also, I wanted to see what the bootcamp experience was like. I had heard about it and wanted to get more information and experience in it. So far I am seeing results and am happy with my progress.

2. What do you like the best about Fat Blasting Boot Camps?
I like the group atmosphere of bootcamp as well as the intensity and variety of exercises involved.

3. Tell me about your background such as job, schooling, family, where you are from?
I recently graduated with a B.A in Geography and hope to obtain my teaching certification by next September and get my Master’s degree both from Carthage College in Kenosha. My family has a history of obesity and I would like to break my “family tree” in that regard and live a healthy lifestyle. I currently work two jobs. I work at Kohls Distribution Center in Menomonee Falls during the week and I also deliver pizzas for Dominos Pizza on the weekends. I hope to get a job substitute teaching in the mean time before I get my certification.

4. What makes you most excited about being part of a transformation program?
I am excited to see the possible results that may occur from the transformation program. I understand that the commitment is up to me to follow through on the program and I think I can see results with the right dedication…. results are the result of dedication.

5. Anything else you would like others to know on a blog?
In a blog, I would like to get recipes or other fat fighting tools that would help me on my journey to fat blasting success! Maybe other members would be interested in sharing recipes or their tips as well.

I am at a point in my life where I have realized that being a mom is probably the most important job I will ever have. Through this time I need to be my personal best. I need energy, I need to be physically healthy and I want all the good endorphins I can get through a good workout. I have also always been a person who exercises but have realized that I have fallen short of ever achieving to be the healthy & confident person I wanted to be.




2. What do you like the best about Fat Blasting Boot Camps?


I love that it is a “push yourself to your potential” workout that is done in 30 minutes. I like how it can be for advanced exerciser and for new people.


3. Tell me about your background such as job, schooling, family, where you are from?


I live in Muskego and have a very busy life! My husband and I have four children and are caring for three additional children. I work for Waukesha & Muskego school districts as an educational aide for children with special needs. Our family spends a majority of our time outdoors doing water sports, camping, 4-wheeling, etc.


4. What makes you most excited about being part of a transformation program?


I am excited to put myself back on the list. I am excited to make my fitness & health a priority again.


5. Anything else you would like others to know on a blog?


Getting up early is the only time that really works for me as a busy mom and a busy professional like myself….the longer I do it the more of a habit it becomes. Jeremy says that early morning boot camps get rid of the time excuse. It is a great way to start my day and it really sets the tone for what I want to eat that day.

1. What motivated you to enter the transformation challenge?

I was immediately motivated because the opportunity came at a perfect time in my life where I have hit rock bottom with my health, and obviously wasn’t getting it done on my own, realizing that I needed help, and here was that help!! I am also very motivated by being challenged by others, and having that part of the deal stirred up old feeling of being a competitive athlete, and the desire to win again at life.

2. What do you like the best about Fat Blasting Boot Camps?

The amazing intensity of the Camp is what I like best. There is no time to stop,whine, or tell myself I can’t do it, because you just keep going!!

3. Tell me about your background such as job, schooling, family, where you are from?

I am from the Waukesha area, attended Mukwonago High School and UW-LaCrosse. I have been a sales rep for fifteen years, in several different industries. I have a beautiful wife and a six-year-old boy David, and a four-year-old girl, Morea (pronounced Moorea, Honeymoon Island in Tahiti) I am head coach of David’s U7 soccer team and his partner in cub scouts, as well as an at home practice partner for my daughters ballet…yes I do ballet in front of a TV with a 4 year old, there’s nothing better!!!

4. What makes you most excited about being part of a transformation program?

I am so excited to have this great opportunity to get a healthy lifestyle, and take the knowledge and help my family and friends. I love being part of a group, especially one that is soooo motivated, and having a highly trained leader teach us, show us, and push us to where we want to be!

5. Anything else you would like others to know on a blog?

Like everyone else, I have been stuck in a rut, going about my same daily routine with terrible health choices because they were convenient, cheap, and tasty. Even after one class, I am reminded how much better you feel physically and mentally when you make the right decisions, don’t take the easy route, and push yourself to be a better person. You hear it on all the shows, read it on all the sites, but once again, “I was just like you, and out of the blue I made one decision and my entire life is changed for the better”!! You too can easily make that decision, just call or email Jeremy, it is the best email I’ve ever sent!!
